Lover and accomplice of the Joker (Batman's arch-nemesis), Harley first teamed up with the Joker after meeting him at Arkham Assylum, where he was a patient. When she's not working her evil with the grinning killer, Ms. Quinn is stirring up trouble with her friends Poison Ivy and Catwoman, the Gotham City Sirens of Gotham City.
